Who can vote?

All TACC members are welcome to attend the meeting. Only voting members can vote on decisions.

You are eligible to vote if you were a registered TACC member between May 1, 2025 and April 30, 2026, and:

  1. Are a TACC regular (research) member; or
  2. Are a TACC trainee or partner (community) member who selected voting membership through the membership form.

How decisions are made
  • Voting takes place online

  • Decisions are made by simple majority (more than half of votes cast)

  • Quorum is reached when at least 20% of voting members are present online.
