Federal Health Minister Visits TACC

On May 31st 2018, TACC had the great pleasure of hosting The Honorable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Federal Minister of Health. Members of the TACC community including researchers, trainees, professionals, and families presented our network to the Minister during her visit to Montreal. In turn, the Minister, expressed her commitment to people living with autism and their families, which includes supporting research that can advance diagnosis and treatment. The Minister was impressed by TACC’s rapid success, noting, “Your passion and determination, coupled with your unique collaborative model, gives me confidence in the enormous potential of health research in Canada”.
